Response Time & Escalation
- Normal Response Time: Within 24 hours on business days.
- Urgent Issues: Clearly indicate if the issue prevents coursework completion — prioritized response guaranteed.
Technical Support Hours
Regular Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00am–8:00pm (Pacific)
- Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm (Pacific)
- Sunday: Closed (Email support only)
Extended Hours:
- Available during finals (announcements via student portal).
