When searching for articles in Ebsco’s Business Source Premier and Academic Search Elite databases for your research, there is a great feature called My EBSCOhost that you can use to organize your research, as well as save articles and search strategies to use later. You can also set up search alerts on specific topics you are interested in that will automatically let you know when a new article on your selected subject area is added to the database. To use this feature you need to create an account while you are logged in to the EBSCOhost database.
After you create an account, you will have your own personal area to save searches and articles to use or share with others. Anything you save will remain until you decide to remove it. While you are signed in to your account you can access result list items, persistent links to searches, and saved searches. You can also organize your research into folders on various topics.

On August 30, California Miramar University joined in on the celebration to raise funds for educational scholarships within the Asian community. The evening was filled with singers, actors, dancers, and comedians all for a worthy cause.
Lights, camera, action! These were but a few of the words shouted by the director of this highly successful night of entertainment. The line-up consisted of a variety of professional and amateur performers from Vietnam, San Diego, Las Vegas as well as Los Angeles. The show was celebrating its 5 year anniversary and anticipates many more in the future. The event raised thousands of dollars for educational scholarships and CMU was in the front row of contributors.
The residents were ecstatic at the possibility of having Christmas in July. California Miramar University collected approximately 200 DVDs to give as gifts to 170 resident of a special needs home in Escondido California.
“California Miramar University Brings Christmas in July to a Special Needs Home.” Residents greeted CMU’s staff (Janet Brunton, Director of Admissions, KL Alston, University Registrar and his two beautiful children Xavier, 16, and Sakurako, 15) at the driveway to make sure they knew where to deliver the gifts. One resident, known as the Mayor of the community, escorted the visitors all the way through the compound in his wheel chair. As the team entered the community room the guests were gleaming with excitement in anticipation of the pending surprises.
