I have enjoyed my time thus for with California Miramar. I started my MBA program a few months ago, but I LOVE it so far. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have found that it is affordable. I like that they were very pro active with my registration process. I would definately suggest this school.

I was looking for total online program and CMU stood out. The staff is exceptional in their response when I have a question.they were efficient in getting me enrolled and assessing my credits from a community college I had previously attended. They continue to offer excellent support. I find the online material straightforward yet challenging enough to get me digging deeper to finish assignments, tests and papers. I recommend CMU to anyone who is looking for a total online program.

CMU is 1 in a million. It's a "WOW" backwards and forwards. This MBA program has changed my life. There's nothing like it! So proud to be a student at California Miramar University.

I attended CMU's Success Interview event which gave some really great tips on how to prepare and conduct yourself at an interview. The speaker was great and the staff at CMU is very enthusiastic.

I found myself speaking to a young woman just last night about the key steps I learned about in a hiring process. The workshop I attended at Miramar I am still quoting as I speak to so many individuals who are applying for jobs. Learning about simple tips, important tactics, and key ideas and concepts in order to make the best interview possible and set your self up for sucess made an invaluable night for me at the workshop. I strongly suggest everyone attend the next event!

My distance learning experience at CMU has been very positive. The MBA program coursework has been thorough and has exceeded my expectations. The staff and professors have been professional and helpful with timely helpful answers to questions. I would highly recommend CMU to adult learners whose schedules demand the flexibility that CMU provides, and have the self drive and discipline necessary to work toward achieving a high quality education

This is an excellent school. The teachers and students are there for all the right reasons, to teach and learn. Comparing the prices from other grad programs, they are much less expensive (about $10000 less/degree). It is still a small school, so you get a lot of personal attention as well. The teachers are excellent and all of them have a lot of real world experience. For example, our current teacher for managerial accounting was CFO/COO for Tony Robbins Companies and acting CFO for Jerome's Furniture. The classes are fast paced and you can get a graduate degree in a year and a half. Also, they don't require GRE to be eligable. The only reason they didn't get four stars is that it is a newer school and they don't have the name recognition of some other degree programs yet. If you are trying to choose between CalMu and other schools like DeVry, Alliant, or (put in name of school from cheesy commercial here), I would definitely choose CalMu.

I enrolled in CMU's MBA program because I could balance it with my demanding job as a vice president for a local firm. They understand the time constraints we are under, and make it easy to learn and contribute online with their hybrid structure. I've been impressed with the instructors that have real-life executive experience, and made valuable contacts as well as good friends with my fellow-students.

Well, if I'd used my academic credits and papers efficiently, I'd have amassed maybe three Ph.D. degrees or more. And I've taught at two huge universities. With the exception of one stellar professor at Nebraska U. whom I rank #3, the four professors so far in my current MBA program have been the best I've seen anywhere. They're not mere academics, but are people who have taught Ph.D. students and bought/sold/run businesses in maybe ten countries. Maybe fifteen. The education is unlike anything I have had, ever. It's the stuff that works. If you're considering an AA, BA or MBA, whether hybrid or online, you must try CALMU.Edu. Did I mention?the fees? About 1/3 of Phoenix or National per year. Frankly, though, the support staff are even better! If you want more, ask them for my phone number. My student ID is 738.

Choosing to do the MBA program at California Miramar University was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm having so much fun as my eyes are open to a new world thanks to the guidance of amazing professors and the help of my equally amazing classmates. The staff is always friendly and incredibly generous with both their time and at keeping the costs of studying to a minimum. If you're considering earning a degree or going back for another degree, California Miramar University is definitely the place to go.

My Undergraduate program experience with CMU - Safia - Dec 5, 2008

I have completed few courses with California Miramar University and currently registered for more... My experience with CMU has been great! Staff are very friendly and they respond to my inquires promptly. The learning module that CMU provided to me to complete a course has been thoroughly prepared and is well over 70 pages. The standard of course content is high - though it requires a good amount of time and effort to complete a course but once it is completed, I get real knowledge of the subject. Apart from excellent academic standards, CMU's tuition fee is so affordable. I would strongly recommend anyone who is interested in taking a course or completing a degree to consider California Miramar University as their first choice.

It is a good place to learn

This university doesn't have the reputation of Harvard, Stanford of even San Diego State, but it is a good place to learn. They have a committed teachers that really take the time to read your papers and tell you what they think. My teachers are caring and super knowledgeable. So far they have all had great real world experience and can draw examples from their current or previous work making it easier to comprehend. The course work is intensive, but it won't overload you if you are working full time as well. You do have to make time to study and do your assignments, but it is very manageable. I have a very busy schedule as an commercial insurance professional, but I am able to complete all assignments. One of the things I like the most is the small classroom size and that it is only 1 day per week. It is an accelerated program where you get your MBA in a year and a half. 6 weeks per class keeps things moving quickly.It is also really easy to get to as it is right off the 15 freeway and miramar.If you want to get an MBA without quiting your job, this is a good place to do it. At first I didn't know if I wanted to get my MBA online, but CalMU's hybrid program is great! I go to class once a week in the evening and the rest of the work is spent on my own time just like any other internet degree. I have the freedom and time to work, but I also get that necessary classroom atmosphere. The teachers are very helpful and us students really get to bond because the classes are so small . If you're interested in a MBA but don't have the time to go to class full-time then you should do this hybrid program.
