• Who qualifies for the Scholarship?
  All Military Spouses qualify for the scholarship. If you want to earn your Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree, then this scholarship is for you. Call CMU today to speak with an admissions advisor at (858) 653-3000 x120 or email admissions@calmu.edu.
  
• How much does it cost?
  It’s a 50% scholarship for the entire degree program. CMU tuition is already one of the lowest anywhere, and now it is even lower for military spouses! Read more about CMU’s affordable college education here.
• What is the deadline for this scholarship?
  This scholarship program is in effect until September 30, 2008. In addition, the $25 application fee will be waived for Military Spouses. Click here for an application to apply to CMU. • It has been a number of years since I was in school. Is this really a good fit for me?
  CMU is dedicated to its student’s educational success and provides resources to help all students succeed. The average CMU student is starting or continuing college courses while raising a family or working full time. An added benefit for students in San Diego receiving the Military Spouse Scholarship is one-on-one faculty tutoring, mentoring, and the use of CMU’s high tech computer lab, at no additional cost.
  
• What happens when my family gets relocated to a new city?
  Many military spouses choose to study at CMU for this reason alone. Frequent relocations will never interrupt your studies because there are no geographic limits. Distance education allows you to take your education with you, wherever you go.
  
  We realize that special circumstances can conflict with a student's educational schedule. Therefore, if you experience a personal emergency or unplanned conflict, please let us know. All of the staff in the Office of Academics are here to help you.
